Pearl Resourcing is accepting applications monthly for new experts to join our growing team!
Here is how it works in 5 steps:

Submit an application through the form below.

Monthly we review applications and if your skills appear to fill a blank space for us in our team we will schedule a 30 minute video interview to get to know you and review your portfolio.

We will send you a project that will take 4-5 hours and pay you for the hourly work. This allows you and us to see if this would be a great fit in terms of style and method of communication.

After you send back your work on the paid project we will schedule another 1 hour video interview to go over what you designed and hear your vision.

If we like your work we will send you an offer via email. If you like working with us and our offer, you can choose to accept it. And BAM! Congratulations! You have joined our team!
